Seriously, why doesn't the Imperial Guard have this?  Their most common actions are in urban environments against rebels who lack much vehicle support.  The Stormtalon and Stormraven is perfect for shredding unsupported infantry in tight spaces.  They are even better able to survive massed small-arms fire and rockets and man-portable missiles than Valkyries and Vengettas, too.

Space Marines get all the neat toys.  Well, at least the Guard has the Avenger!
